MaxiMundo — A World of Care

The challenge

Dr. Max wanted to enter children's daily life, not just the pharmacy shelf — a gentle digital world for ages 2–5, delivered as a full brand moment, from pitch to public launch.

The system

In seven months, an end-to-end build: a zero-penalty game on Françoise Dolto principles — four worlds, nine mini-games and thirty-six original songs — wrapped in an integrated campaign (TV spot, TikTok, an original anthem) and a physical launch where Maxi's world was rebuilt for thousands of children at Destiny Park.

The outcome

Launched on iOS and Android across six countries on June 1, 2026 — an App Store conversion rate of 31% (roughly 1 in 3 people who see it, download it), national TV coverage and a 24-month live-ops partnership to keep the world growing.

Visa CEE · B2B event · 2026

Visa Marketing Day — Game On

The challenge

A flagship B2B day for Visa's banking partners — a room where attention is scarce and most activations are forgotten by lunch. The brief: make the audience genuinely take part, before, during and after, without it feeling like a gimmick.

The system

A gamification layer that turned every guest into a player: a personal AI-generated avatar, daily challenges in the run-up, then seven location-based QR experiences on the day — all feeding a live leaderboard on the main stage.

The outcome

Engagement started days before the doors opened and carried into the room — a majority of registered players showed up in person, and banking partners competed live on the leaderboard.

The challenge

Turn a hit reality-TV format into something people play, not just watch — a mobile game that extends the show's world and keeps living past the season finale.

The system

An AI-powered branching-narrative engine: players make story-altering decisions whose consequences persist from one episode to the next, turning a linear show into a replayable, personal storyline.

The outcome

Romania's #1 game, with 100K+ players and active live ops dropping new episodic content.

Carrefour — Gamification as retail infrastructure

The challenge

Carrefour needed more than a one-off promotion — a way to turn everyday shopping into ongoing participation, repeatable across seasons and campaigns, at national scale.

The system

A gamification platform built as infrastructure: receipt validation, collectibles, mini-games and seasonal campaigns — including the Cannes-shortlisted Shop Like a Jedi — on rails designed to be reused, not rebuilt each time.

The outcome

Four-plus years live, 1.5M+ receipts processed, 100M+ reach and a national record — 1,547 people playing one game simultaneously — plus Cannes Lions & Eurobest shortlists, 3× Golden Drum Silver and an Effie Bronze.
